I didn’t grow up seeing figures at the foot of my bed or communicating with deceased loved ones that I’ve never met. This wasn’t a “gift” that unfolded over time nor is it something that only a select few can do. Through experiencing deep grief of my own, I’ve learned we are souls living a human experience.
